Contest Rules

It was decided by a majority of agents who attended our most recent sales meeting that points earned for the contest are not transferable. If you can’t be at the auction, you can have a staff member bid in your behalf but not another agent. Keep in mind that the cash value of the contest is unlimited. The more new listings obtained, the more the cash value. Our goal is to have at least 40 new listings starting at June 1, but that is our goal. We would love to exceed that goal. We expect that each point will equal a dollar.
